How to Create an Apple iAd

Hopefully you came to this site because you want to research or create an Apple iAd for yourself or a client or you want to make money from your app using Apple’s new advertising platform. Still in it’s infancy, Apple’s iAds are both showing promise as an advertising channel as well as difficulties finding strong adoption among marketers.  Most of the reluctance is a combination of the high minimum campaign costs around $500,000 and the other thing holding back adoption is that many advertisers are probably waiting to see how fruitful the original campaign were. Only time will tell.

Regardless of the challenges surrounding Apple iAds, Steve Jobs is a visionary and I’ll bet he and the rest of the Apple advertising platform team will find a way to blend the power of iAds across Apple TV, iPods, iPhones and the tablet leader, iPad.
